• Vouchers are inclusive of taxes.
• All food items are available for pick-up only.
• Option to have the food delivered should be pre-arranged by the client (Maxim, and other delivery services). Please be advised that delivery fee is not included in the bill and must be shouldered by the customer.
• Kindly email a screenshot of confirmed voucher transaction with a valid ID and send to fbsup@richmondeiloilo.com to process the order. Cut-off for orders will be at 6PM.
• Orders should have two (2) days lead time.
• Once the order is confirmed by the hotel, please advise date and time of pick-up.
• Pick-up venue: Richmonde Hotel Iloilo, Megaworld Boulevard corner Enterprise Road, Iloilo Business Park, Mandurriao, Iloilo City 5000, Philippines
• Pick-up time: 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Sunday
• Voucher/s have a two (2) day cancellation policy and new pick-up date will be subject to availability.
• Failure to pick-up on the said date and time without prior notice and same day cancellation of orders will result in forfeiture of voucher/s.
• Voucher/s are non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos and discounts.
• Voucher/s are not convertible to cash.
• Voucher/s are for one-time use only and are not replaceable in case of loss or damage.
